Events Cancellation Policy

Trainings or Workshops Cancellations by SCAS

The South Carolina Autism Society (SCAS) reserves the right to cancel an event such as a training or workshop due to low enrollment, inclement weather or any other unusual circumstances which would make the event not practical or workable.  If SCAS cancels a training or workshop, the individual will have the option of receiving a full refund. However, should circumstances take place that result in the postponement of any of our trainings or workshops, a person will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future training or workshop event and at a different date.

If inclement weather were to occur, the South Carolina Autism Society adheres to the State of South Carolina’s Government schedule for each region that we provide services.  If a conference is cancelled because of the host closing its facility, information will be posted on SCAS’ website and social media outlets.
