Participants are required to register for this training on-line. 

Autism 101

This virtual training, is intended for parents, families, teachers and caregivers of children, young adolescents and adults that have been diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. This is the starting point to introduce information about Autism Spectrum Disorder and increase your understanding of this disorder.

Topics of discussion include autism, main areas of impairments, unique learning characteristics/styles, impact on all involved, and an opportunity to learn and support one another. Finally, a brief overview of case management services will be discussed.
