The YMCA of Greenville, in partnership with the SC Autism Society, offers monthly social/recreational programs for families affected by autism. Activities range from swimming, open gym, arts/crafts, and community building at the Adams Mill Program Center, to activities at the nearby Hollingsworth Outdoor Center. In addition, we have various special events throughout the year, like a Holiday Party and a Valentine “Ball”. It is a great opportunity for kids to meet others like themselves, and for parents to make those connections that can help along the journey. Visit the SCAS website at http://scautism.org and check the Calendar for dates and sign-ups.
