Wow!  It has been a busy few months at the South Carolina Autism Society!

Moving forward, we are excited to announce that John Elder Robison will be the Keynote Speaker for our Annual Conference on Friday, October 7th!  Mr. Robison was diagnosed with Aspergers in his 40's, and has told his story through many bestselling books. Robison’s books Look Me in the EyeBe Different, and Raising Cubby are the most widely read accounts of life with Asperger’s in the world. His books have been translated into more than fifteen languages, and they are sold in 60+ countries. His newest book—Switched On: A Memoir of Brain Change and Emotional Awakening—was published in March 2016. Robison has also authored or contributed to over 100 autism-related articles.

SCAS Night at the Columbia Fireflies

Edventure Robotastic Camp

We make Robots. Enough said! Exploring both the structural process as well as the necessary programming, campers will be immersed in a wild week of robots that culminates in their creation of a rube Goldberg machine!
